Pursuing a post-graduation or a master degree is one of the safest and wisest option to tread on once you are out of college. Thus, undoubtedly earning a master degree will be a kickstart to your career after graduation, but it involves time for preparation of competitive exams and cost too.

Take up a job- Taking job after graduation is one of route you can tread on. Most of the graduates starts looking for job opportunities right after their college. So, if you are one of them, the first step you need to do is to build a solid resume and do research about the available job opportunities. Taking job may prove as a good decision ad it makes you independent, act as a catalyst to start your career. It gets you to see the world outside the classroom and teaches you to deal with which is a valuable skill in both life and career. But if you don’t have much on your resume and are struggling to find jobs, go for internships, volunteering, part-time work which gives hand on experience to you.

Word of Caution: Here your first job does not define what you do rest of your life, so it does not have to be forever. You have plenty of time to find your dream job.

Become an Entrepreneur-If you are someone who is struggling to find your dream job or want to called as boss, then being self-employed is an option for you. Entrepreneurship is the dream of today GenZ. Though it’s a risky path to tread on but your dedication and determination will make it worth. If you have a business idea or believe in making something new out of available resources then go ahead and start something of your own. You won’t be making money overnight but if you stick with it, rewards will automatically be on your way.

Join family business- If you don’t want to continue further education or take up job, join family business and use your skills to upgrade it further. Even a family business can be a logical place for an offspring to build a career. Take some time , understand the business and when ready , join and bring new changes and grow it to new heights.

Take up non-conventional career-Lately there has been a wide range of emerging careers that are unconventional as more and more youth are deviating from conventional options. But society’s attitude towards these non-conventional career is not that encouraging. Career like blogger , influencer, youtuber , Gamer etc. have become a good source of earning money. Today because of internet and social media these have seen a new heights. Thus, if your passion lies here, set your career in these fields. Here all that matters is your content and marketing.
